1. General information
Hotel CHI, located at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 455, 08015, Barcelona (Spain), guarantees the protection and confidentiality of the personal data provided by users through its website and various communication channels.
The data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, and will be used solely for purposes related to booking management, customer service, and informational communications from the hotel.
2. Rate conditions
2.1. Prepaid and non-refundable rate
The hotel will charge the total amount of the booking to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
If the card is invalid or does not have sufficient credit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
It is mandatory to present the credit or debit card along with the cardholder's ID or passport upon check-in.
Tourist tax not included: €5.50 per person per night, payable directly at reception.
Important: This rate cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.
In case of no-show, the amount charged will not be refundable.
Hotel CHI reserves the right to correct any typographical or content errors on its website and undertakes to rectify them as soon as possible.
2.2. Flexible rate (direct payment at the hotel)
Prices valid for individual bookings only, not applicable to groups or special events.
Prices and offers subject to availability and minimum stay conditions.
Tourist tax not included: €5.50 per person per night, payable at reception.
Payment: No advance payment will be made, except for non-refundable rates or where expressly stated.
In case of no-show, a fee will be applied according to the cancellation policies.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After this time, one night's stay will be charged.
Hotel CHI reserves the right to correct any errors in the information published.
3. Stay policies
3.1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Guests can store their luggage free of charge in the hotel's luggage room before check-in or after check-out.
3.2. Occupation
One additional person is allowed per stay, provided the room has a maximum capacity of two people and the original booking was for one.
4. Hotel services
Buffet breakfast: Available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a wide selection of hot and cold items.
Parking: available at Parking Gran Via (C/ Entença, 61), just 250 m from the hotel, with a special rate of €14 per 24 hours.
Swimming pool and solarium: free access for guests on the upper floor.
24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and laundry service.
5. Cancellation and payment policy
5.1. Refundable Fee
Payment is made directly at the hotel.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival date.
Late cancellations: one night's stay will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.
5.2. Non-refundable fee
Full payment required in advance.
No changes or returns allowed.
If you did not pay for your stay using a virtual card, a secure Paygold Redsys link will be sent to the email and phone number provided in your booking (valid for 24 hours).
If payment is not made within this period, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
